Q) My signature pad stopped working, what do I do?
A)
  1. Try unplugging it and plugging it back in and trying again.
  2. If the pad continues to not work, close internet explorer, restart internet explorer and try again.
  3. If the pad continues to not work, try uninstalling it, then revisit a page that requires signing and re-install.
Q) How can I uninstall the SigPlus/SigSign ActiveX control installed for using the signature pad?
A) Close Internet Explorer and removing or rename the C:\Windows\SigPlus directory.
